We are thrilled to announce that Agency of Hope has won the award for Best Cover at the 2021 PANZ Book Design Awards.
Judges’ comments: A difficult subject matter to come up with a compelling singular cover image for. There’s lots of pathos in the stylised stencil of a house lit at night that offers refuge, warmth and, most importantly, hope to a whānau. This book shows the impactful use of a limited colour palette. The back cover reminds me of a Graham Sydney painting/historic railway poster.
