November launches

It’s a full November for MUP authors, who will be busy across the country with book launches and talks.

The New Zealand Horse
by Deborah Coddington and Jane Ussher will be launched at Hedley’s Bookstore, Masterton, on 8 November from 6pm and then at the Waikato Stud, Matamata, on 15 November from 6pm.

The Writing Life by Deborah Shepard will be launched at Auckland Library on 6 November from 6pm. Deborah will also appear in a lunchtime discussion at Unity Books Wellington on 8 November, at 12pm. On 15 November, from 6pm, she will deliver a talk on oral history at the Alexander Turnbull Library, Wellington.

Theo Schoon: A Biography by Damian Skinner will be launched at Unity Books Wellington on 12 November from 6pm. Find out more about this event here.

With Them Through Hell: New Zealand Medical Services in the First World War by Anna Rogers will be launched at the Awapuni Racecourse, Palmerston North, on 9 November from 5.30pm and at Scorpio Books, Christchurch, on 15 November from 5.30pm. For more about the Scorpio event, click here.
