Meaghan Fisher

Relatively new to the field of HIV research, Meaghan Fisher has spent many years studying and working with marginalised and under-served communities, particularly in relation to mental and sexual health services, and public policy. She has a deep-seated commitment to equity and human rights, which acts as the foundation for her work.

Meaghan is a research assistant at Massey University, working on the AfricaNZ project. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Canadian Studies from Mount Allison University, and a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada.
